CAMs static dof adapter for consumer cameras

This is a Static DOF adapter with a round ground glass 5 micron, condenser lenses and Macro +5 lens to cut down on vignetting and reduce the hot spotting effect caused by the light at the edges of the frame hitting the ground glass.
